Even numbers behind corners of 10 x 5m rectangle.
(A) starts with a pass to the opposite wing to (B) who performs a *lead and dodge*, starting wide then receiving centrally
(B) catches almost in line with the centre circle
(C) and (D) both lead wide towards their closest sideline. (B) chooses (C) to pass to.
The ball should be moving in roughly the same direction as the previous pass
(C) now crosses to the opposite wing with a long, flat pass to (D)
(D) leads wide, then dodges into the centre towards (C)
(D) catches almost in line with the centre circle
Next (A) and (B) both present towards their closest sideline. (D) completes the loop by passing to (A)
Progress for advanced teams by widening the cones 1-2 metres each, making the pass more difficult.
For even more difficulty, insert a defender into the middle who can intercept (if you have 9 players)
You can have a defender patrol each end if you have 10 players.
