- Split into 3 lines behind (A, B & C). Use the entire length of the court. Give each (A) in line a ball.
- (A) starts by passing to either (B / C) who start on the circle edge. One of them makes a lead and dodge ahead of (A) and receives centrally - (A) shouldn't always pass to the same player - mix it up!
- Assuming (A) passed to (B) then:- - (A) runs towards left wing to replace (B) - (B) passes to (C) who dodges centrally from the right wing, then crosses to the opposite (left) wing. - (C) passes to (A) who dodges centrally from the left wing, then crosses to the right wing.
- This pattern is repeated, with (A) then (B) then (C) making a lead and dodge to receive, in that order - Players cross to opposite side each pass, so each consecutive run will be from the opposite wing
- Signal the second group to commence once there is enough space between trios.
- Work back up-court once everyone has completed the lap.
