Group of (3), choose a worker (A) and 2 stationary feeders (B & C) who stand 5m apart.
Worker (A) makes a straight lead to the right to receive from feeder (B)
(A) receives with footwork conducive to turning towards (C) and passing to them
(A) makes a second straight lead, this time towards (C)'s left and receives (C)'s pass.
(A) completes the circuit with a pass to (B). After 20-30 seconds, call 'reverse!' to switch flow to anti-clockwise
Work on strengthening opposite hand, or alternative pass types for speedy progress
Work (A) for 45-60 seconds before switching roles. Progress by lengthening the distance.
