Create a 5m square. Two teams to line-up behind (1 & 2).
(A) with the ball watches (B) make a straight lead towards (1). (A) throws a looping shoulder pass diagonally across the square to (B) who receives on cone (3)
(B) jumps and lands so they can pivot and pass behind them
The pass from (A) must have a higher arc than normal, allowing (B) to enact their landing
After passing diagonally, (A) stays at front of line, as they will be the next runner
(B) fires a shoulder pass to next (B), returns to back of that line
Now mirror the other way. (B) sees (A) perform straight lead towards (2). (B) passes diagonally so (A) receives on (4), using appropriate landing footwork.
After passing diagonally, (B) stays at front of line, as they will be the next runner
(A) fires a pass back to next (A), rejoins (A), and the loop continues
Progression: If you have 9 or more experienced players, introduce a second ball. This adds to overall choas as first 2 players in each line will be active simulataneously, requiring concentration
If balls get bunched, slow down the second ball.
