Diagram and Steps
Pair-up and allocate each 1/6 of the court. Players start between cones (1 & 2), 3m apart.
Start at medium intensity. (A) runs to cone (1), then performs a
change of direction
back to the centre to receive a pass from (B)
Plant foot wide when changing direction for more effective weight transfer
Try to minimise jarring
(B) does the same, running to (1) and back to the middle to receive.
Next time around, (A & B) run to (2) and back to receive.
Rest after 30 seconds. You can either repeat as before, or progress by widening cones (1 & 2) and/or increasing distance between (A & B).
