You'll need a wall to throw against. Groups of 3-4 have a ball and form a line 5m from the wall, spaced about 3-4m apart.
First player in each line throws against the wall, then catches the rebound.
Land with footwork that assists fast delivery to the player behind them
Player passes to next in line, then runs off court.
Groups perform the (wall throw + rebound catch + pass back) down the line
Progression: Mix-up the throwing (velocity / trajectory) so players must lunge for some wider balls and jump for higher ones.
This requires more responsive footwork and sharper hands
