  • Create 2 teams of 3 (both start with a ball). From each team, 2 patrol opposing sides of the square, while 1 works inside. Choose two defenders who roam inside the square.
  • The two attacking trios work the ball across the square, utilising their team mate inside.
Attackers on the square can move anywhere along their side of the square.
You can pass backwards to a team-mate if required
  • Two defenders inside the square are defending the lead and pressure the passer from both teams.
Defenders must take one team each, HOWEVER if they spot an interception opportunity from the other group, they can go for it.
  • Award +1 point for each crossing
Teams call out their tally after each crossing
After an interception, give ball back to an attacker outside the square.
  • Continue for 2 minutes before swapping defenders.
  • Expert level progression: Defenders can experiment with zone defence or offline defence
