  • Teams of 2, groups of 4. Opposing pairs confined to a 4m square. Attackers (A) are team mates, as are defenders (B), although initially (A & B) also work as a team.
  • (A) starts with the ball in the middle of square (1). (A) initiates a double play with (B) on each cone around the square.
    (B) can visit the cones in any order - however as the next step is to defend (A), visit a cone common to the 2 squares last
  • Once (A) has performed 4 x double plays with (B), they are now clear to pass to their team mate (A) in the other square. Both (B)'s defend.
  • (A) passes to other (A) who must catch within the confines of the square, while both defenders (B) attempt to intercept
Use preliminary moves such as dodges to find space
If an intercept is effected, give ball to (A) in 2nd square and continue
  • Repeat back the other way, (A) is still the attacking team.
  • After both (A)'s have had a turn passing in the middle, swap defenders and attackers and repeat both ways.
