  • Trios form a triangle with 2m sides and need 2 balls held by (A & C).
  • The pattern is to move 2 balls around the triangle in clockwise direction. Each players involvement is:-
    1-2-3 passing movement with the player to their left
    1-2-3 passing movement with the player to their right
    Sit idle while other 2 players perform 1-2-3
  • (A) starts with the ball and performs a 1-2-3 passing movement with (B) to their left
    '1-2-3' is (A to B), (B to A), (A to B)
  • (A) receives the 2nd ball in another 1-2-3 passing movement with (C) to their right
    '1-2-3' is (C to A), (A to C), (C to A)
    (A) finishes holding a ball and becomes idle for the next movement
  • Now (B) is involved in the next 6 passes
    (B) starts the 1-2-3 to (C)
    (B) receives and finishes holding ball after 1-2-3 with (A)
  • Now (C) is involved in the next 6 passes
    (C) starts the 1-2-3 to (A)
    (C) receives and finishes holding ball after 1-2-3 with (B)
  • Progress by moving the cones out 1-2m per 30-45 seconds.
    Pass type will change for longer distances
