Use 1/3 of the court. All players line up behind (A) except 4 defenders who each patrol a line and stand 2m apart.
(A) must run from one transverse line to the other next. Defenders *block* (A)'s path with fast *side-step*s.
Defenders can't obstruct (A), nor move off their line, such as the game 'table-soccer'.
Contact rules apply, so (A) cannot charge into a defender, rather use dodges or double dodges to wrong-foot them
If the attacker runs into a wall of defence, use a
roll-aroundOnce the player passes the 4 defenders, coach signals the next player to 'go!'
Optionally you can time the run, and call out who is quickest through the course
Rotate the defenders after everyone's navigated the course
