Even lines behind cone (A & B) which are 6m apart.
(A) throws a chest pass to (B), then runs through to join end of line (B)
When receiving, players lead for the ball rather than remain stationary on the cone
Same back the other way: (B) throws a chest pass to leading (A), then runs through to join end of line (A)
Progression 1: Passes can be randomly a (low ball / high ball / wide ball)
Progression 2: Back to passing to comfortable catching, however widen the cones to 8m, then 10m apart.
