  • Players face each other standing 2m apart, each with a ball
  • Start at 75% intensity. For 30 seconds, (A) bounce passes to (B), while (B) simultaneously chest passes to (A).
  • After 20 seconds, call 'Swap!'....players swap pass type. For consecutive turns, call for increases in intensity until 100%.
  • Progress by pausing and calling for a change of pass type. For example (A) can use a reverse bounce pass or sling, while (B) can use a flip
    Use your imagination to create combinations, remembering one player must bounce while the other throws on-the-full.
