Players face each other standing 2m apart, each with a ball
Start at 75% intensity. For 30 seconds, (A)
bounce passes
to (B), while (B) simultaneously
chest passes
to (A).
After 20 seconds, call 'Swap!'....players swap pass type. For consecutive turns, call for increases in intensity until 100%.
Progress by pausing and calling for a change of pass type. For example (A) can use a reverse bounce pass or sling, while (B) can use a flip
Use your imagination to create combinations, remembering one player must bounce while the other throws on-the-full.
