Groups of 4 each require a 4x4m square. (A) has the ball.
The pattern is for each player to work one side of the square. Players receive and pass when they're at their 'homebase', and continue ball movement by passing in the same direction. (A) works between (1 - 2 -1) and receives and passes at (1)
(B) works between (2 - 3 -2) and receives and passes at (2)
(C) works between (3 - 4 -3) and receives and passes at (3)
(D) works between (4 - 1 -4) and receives and passes at (4)
(A) passes to (B) then runs to (2)
When (A) reaches (2) they change direction and run back to (1)
(B) passes to (C) then runs to (3)
When (B) reaches (3) they change direction and run back to (2)
(C) passes to (D) then runs to (4)
When (C) reaches (4) they change direction and run back to (3)
(D) passes to (A) then runs to (1)
When (D) reaches (1) they change direction and run back to (4)
