  • Cones (1 - 3) are all about 1-1.5m from the ring (adjust according to age/ability). Cones (4-7) are 2-2.5m from the ring for juniors/intermediate, extend to 3-3.5m for advanced goalies. All players line up behind (A).
  • (A) runs into the circle with their ball. Players shoot from every cone in sequence (1-7) until they miss.
    Focus on good shooting technique.
Coach or helper stands under ring to pass successful shots back to players
If a player misses, their turn is over. Quickly exit and return the ball to next player in line at (A)
  • Once a player reaches cone 4 (or missed on cones 1-3), next (A) can start at (1)
    Maximum 2 balls in play
When there are 2 balls in play, first player to enter circle always shoots first
Players must take care not to kick cones. Make players fetch and incur a light penalty for kicking
  • If a player reaches cone (7), alert the entire group and celebrate a successful completion of the course.
If nobody makes it the whole way around, the highest cone reached is the winner
Optionally have a 'grand final' round to break a tie.
