Pick a defender (G) and four outlet players who stay on cones (B-C-D-E). Other players even numbers behind (A & F).
(A) must get the ball to (F) by using outlet players (B-C-D-E). Defender (G) tries to intercept.
Normal rules apply
(A) makes strong leads into space and must remain inside the hexagon
If (A) succeeds and gets the ball to (F), the drill continues back up the other way with (F) trying to get through to (A)
If (G) intercepts, give the ball to attacker up the other end and restart
After (A & F) have had 2-3 turns each, rotate roles so everyone has a turn (attacking / defending / being an outlet player).
Progression for intermediate teams: Introduce a second defender who cannot intercept, but will pressure the passer when outlet players (B-C-D-E) have the ball.
