  • Form two or more lanes (4 players per lane) containing stations (1 + 2 + 3) as per the diagram
  • On start, (A) runs and jumps and lands on both feet, right next to cone (1), must then change tack slightly to head towards cone (2)
A balanced landing allowing players to progress without slowing too much is required. Point out flaws in technique to players as necessary.
  • (A) runs towards (2) and jumps so they land on their LEFT foot, next to cone (2), shifting momentum towards cone (3).
  • (A) runs and jumps so they land on their RIGHT foot, next to cone (3) and balances/pivots towards (B)
  • (A) completes their turn by running and tagging (B)
  • (B) completes the course back the other way
Always land in order of BOTH feet, then LEFT then RIGHT landing, so the course will be slightly different for the return leg.
  • Progression: Add an additional 2-3 cones per lane, requiring additional jumps +landings +change of directions.
