  • Choose 2 even teams (+1 will needs to be passer for both teams), elect passing and running side. Make pass length minimum 3-4m for seniors. Tell players the winner is the team who runs the most laps while the other team is passing.
  • (A) starts and must perform THREE x 1-2 passes with every other player in their team consecutively
    (A to B to A), (A to C to A), (A to D to A), repeat twice more.
  • While the passing is going on, a player from the running team is sprinting around the circle.
Team calls out their lap tally
Hand touch allows next player to leave
  • Penalty for passing team if they drop the ball: current AND next runner get a 'walk', and their laps are counted to the tally. When they've both jogged their lap, passing can restart.
This is a harsh penalty, so warn players of the consequences of sloppy passing/catching
  • Once (A) has performed 3 x 1-2 passes with everyone, pass to (B) who 1-2 passes with everyone 3 times, and so-on.
  • Passing team shout 'finished!' once everyone has completed their passing.
Running team calls out tally of completed laps - partial laps don't count.
  • Switch roles and try to beat the score. If uneven numbers, the extra stays a passer, effectively switching sides.
