  • Even numbers behind (A & B) who start 7m from the baseline. Line (A) pass & defend, (B) lead & shoot.
  • (A) has a dual role. They start as an 'attacker' by passing to (B)
The pass must land the circle, or a fun penalty applies for (A).
The pass must be able to be caught, or a fun penalty applies for (A)
    (A) can throw anywhere in the circle as long as it can be caught - be tactical and don't make it right under the post!
  • (B) runs into the circle, catches (A)'s pass and takes a shot over (A) who has turned defender by rushing in to apply shot defence
  • (A & B) contest any ensuing rebound. The person who gathers the rebound throws back to next (A)
Both players exit and go to the back of the opposite line (A to B, B to A)
  • Progression 1: Move the starting positions of (A & B) wider, or further out.
  • Progression 2: Instead of being able to shoot immediately, (B) must first perform a 1-2 pass with next (B) before they can shoot.
Next (B) is active and can run anywhere outside the circle
    (B) can now get closer to goal, but the defender is close checking.
Once play completes, feeder (B) returns to start of line and becomes (B) for next turn.
