Even numbers behind 4 stations at corners of a 10m square- use transverse lines
Start at 75% intensity. (A) has the ball. (B) makes a run towards (C). (A) throws slightly in front of (B) so they catch the pass without stopping and waiting.
The ball should be caught about half-way to the next station
(B) catches with a two-footed landing, then waits for (C) to make a similar lead, before passing to them.
Repeat this around the square.
Progression 1: Speed things up. Players catch and pass in rapid succession, requiring next player to leave their station slightly earlier.
Progression 2: Reverse the direction of play at any time, and for expert level - left-hand passes for clockwise, right-hand for anti.
Progression 3: If there are 9+ players, introduce a 2nd ball.
