  • Groups of 4 each require a 6x3m 6-point rectangle. Groups elect solo feeder (D) stands 4m away from 3 workers (A-B-C) - (A & B) have a ball.
  • Using 3m chest passes: (A) passes to feeder (D), then performs a shuttle run to the cone behind and back
  • While (A) is running, (D) passes to the player without a ball (C), then receives from (B).
Remember after passing, players sprint to cone behind and back, so this time (B) runs.
  • Continue in this fashion. The first loop will be like this:-
    (A to D - A runs - D to C)
    (B to D - B runs - D to A)
    (C to D - C runs - D to B)
  • Feeder (D) continues for approximately 30-60 seconds before rotating (shorten duration if you'll use the progressions that follow).
  • Progression 1: Workers vary passes depending on station
Left station: Left handed bounce pass
    Middle station: Chest pass
Right station: Right handed bounce pass
  • Progression 2: Second pass variation for workers
Left station: Catch left hand, left flick
Middle station: Catch both hands, chest
Right station: Catch right hand, right flick
  • Progression 3: Widen to 10x10m square; use shoulder passes and be fast leading when receiving.
