  • Every player has a ball, pair up to share if short of balls.
  • Form a 'Y" shape with the ball in one hand.
  • Flick the ball to the opposite hand so it can be caught with minimal arm movement.
  • Repeat the other way by using the non-preferred arm.
  • First progression: Players run sideways as they throw
  • Second progression: Pair-up and form a 'W'. This time players must throw to their partner's outer hand. After a while, about-face and use the opposite hand. Progress to sideways running for maximum difficulty.
