  • Pair-up and choose worker (A) and feeder (B) who stand 4m apart facing one another. The spot on which (A) is standing will be the place they both receive the pass AND pass the ball. Cones may or may not be necessary depending on age.
  • (A) begins by leading forward+left until they're near the cone
  • At the cone, (A) performs a sharp change of directions 180 degrees to receive (B)'s chest pass back at the starting position.
  • (A) passes back to (B), then leads again, this time towards the cone forward+right, before changing direction back to the centre for another 1-2 pass with (B)
  • Complete the lap by leading back-right, then back-left.
When leading backwards, (A) should keep watching (B) all the time over their shoulder.
  • Continue in this fashion around the square for 30 seconds. Rotate roles and repeat. In consecutive turns, move in the opposite direction around the square.
