Starting at cone (1), (A) passes diagonally across the square to (B), then sets off towards cone (2).
When (A) is almost at (2), (B) fires a return pass to (A), who must land with their outside foot when catching
Their landing will allow them to face the open court where they will pass next
Experienced players will also twist slightly mid-air to further improve their body position
(A) passes diagonally across the square to (C), then runs to cone (1)
(C) fires a return pass to (A), who must again land with their outside foot when catching
Will be the opposite foot this time
