Pick two evenly matched teams, assign attackers. Mark a lane down the middle of the court the same width as the goal circle. Up to 7 players from the attacking team space out evenly inside the lane. The defensive team create a zone defence by dividing up the space.
On 'go!', (A) near the post shoots, rebounds their own shot/goal, then pivots and waits for (B) to present.
(A) passes to (B). Defenders are allowed 2 steps then 1 jump only to intercept per turn.
Attackers should be able to find space given defenders limited mobility
(B) lands, pivots and waits for (C) to lead, before passing to them.
Remember, all defenders are allowed 2 steps then 1 jump to intercept
The ball is worked down-court in this fashion until the last attacker receives the ball.
If a turnover is achieved, return the ball to the attackers, and restart from the other end.
Now attackers work the ball the other way, back up-court.
Last attacker initiates with shot and rebound.
After travelling up-and-back, change the defenders and attackers; repeat.
Progression: Allow defenders 3 steps plus a jump and intercept, per turn.
