  • Pairs stand approximately 4m apart facing one another. Pairs choose worker (A) and feeder (B).
  • (A) calls for the ball by performing a straight lead laterally to the right.
  • (B) throws so that (A) has to reach a little to catch
Throwing wider into space reduces the chances of an intercept
  • (A) performs a one-handed catch, then with their arm still extended, returns a shoulder pass to (B)
  • (A) moves back into the middle, pauses briefly before repeating the same action, this time to the left. Repeat the one-handed catch & throw motion with the opposite hand.
  • Repeat for 30 seconds and rotate roles.
