  • Form 2 triangle circuits with 5m sides. Even numbers behind (A & B).
  • (A) with the ball works their triangle circuit, which is:-
Lead to (1) then dodge wide to (2) to receive a pass from (B) at opposite end
Pass back to next (A) where they started
Join line (B) at the opposite end
  • (B) does exactly the same thing from the other end
Lead to (3) then dodge wide to (4) to receive a pass from (A)
    Pass back to next (B)
    Join line (A)
  • Make sure the lead and dodge is executed well technically. Once players become familiar with the pattern, remove cones (1-4) as they're a slipping hazard.
  • Progress by running the cones in the reverse order - lead wide, then cut into the middle to receive.
