  • Form even numbers behind 6 cones. Two triangle circuits (A-B-C) and (D-E-F) overlay one another. Stations (A & D) have a ball and first 2 extras (if any) line-up here; remaining extras spread evenly.
  • (A, B & C) pass their ball around anti-clockwise, as do (D, E & F), then join the station they passed to.
    Players are on the move and leading in the direction of the cone they'll pass to
    Pass slightly ahead of player so movement is fluent
    Use peripheral vision to help avoid players from the other circuit
  • Progress by:-
    Change both triangles from anti-clockwise to clockwise
    Have one triangle change direction, but not the other.
