  • Even numbers behind 4 stations at a 10m diamond - use centre third to mark length.
  • On 'go!' both (A & C) start together:-
    (A) passes (B) who is making an intersecting run across the diamond; (C) passes to (D) who does the same
(B & D) need to be aware of staying left of approaching player to avoid a head-on collision
After passing , all players move to the station they passed to, e.g. (A to B), (B to C).
  • (B & D) catch, land and pass to the station directly ahead
    (B to next D), and (D to next B)
Try to keep in sync by leading at the same time
  • Now work back the other way:- (B) passes to intersecting (C), (D) to intersecting (A)
  • The loop finished with both (C & A) catching and passing to the station directly ahead
    (C to next A), and (A to next C)
  • You can reverse the flow of play after a while to keep players alert.
  • After several minutes, introduce a defenders (E & F) who stand in front of (A & C) respectively
These defenders pressure the passer and intercept if they are quick enough to get a hand on the ball
Extra effort will need to go into keeping the 2 balls in sync - hold the ball briefly if necessary.
