Pair-up, create a 5m square and give (B) the ball. For juniors or if new, you may want to start with cones to mark stations.
The pattern sees both players consecutively run diagonally across the square to catch a pass down-the-line from the other.
Starting with medium intensity, (A) sets-off diagonally across the square towards (3), where they will catch (B)'s pass.
(B) runs their diagonal towards (4) where they receive (A)'s pass
Work back the other way to complete the loop:-
(A) returns to (1) and receives from (B)
(B) returns to (2) and receives from (A)
Work for 30-45 seconds. Pause, remove cone markers if appropriate and reset, now repeat at maximum intensity for a further 30-45 seconds.
