7 players = 4 stations / 2 balls; otherwise 8+ players = 5 stations / 3 balls. Choose players to stand on each station, then 2 workers (A & B), and defender (C) who must remain inside the goal circle.
Workers (A & B) run around the goal circle accepting passes from stationary players on the cones, then pass to a different stationary player without a ball
If there is a ball at the next 2 cones, the next pass may be on the other side of the goal circle, so stationary players need to be aware and call their teammate from afar
There will be some activity inside the circle, so players need good peripheral vision to avoid collisions.
Defender (B) hovers around both attackers, looking for telegraphed passes to intercept
Defender intercepts/tips if possible
On 'shoot' call by coach, next pass inside culminates in a shot. Rotate defender if fatigued; restart.
