  • Divide the court into halves with cones on the sidelines. Pick two evenly matched teams, assign ends and centre pass honours. Up to 7 v 7 start on the court (extras sit out), however you can use as few as 4 v 4.
  • Team with centre pass honours must work the ball down-court. Each player is restricted to the half of the court they started in at the restart.
Players must be aware of the 1/2 way 'line'
Coach will need to monitor for "offside"
  • After a goal is scored:-
Pause for 15 seconds to allow teams to organise who starts in which half - max 5 per half.
A tactic might be to play an extra in front or back court, where their direct opponent might play loose in the other half. Teams should experiment to find the right mix.
Ball is brought into court from the baseline by the team previously defending
  • Play for 5-7 minutes and optionally keep score.
Call out the score after each goal if scoring
Pause briefly to sub-on odd player after 3 goals
