This drill is for goalies, however can be used by junior teams if you want to give everyone shooting exposure. Coach or injured player can be feeder (C).
(A) starts by passing to (C), then runs into the goal circle to receive a return pass.
(A) shoots, gathers the ball after the shot, then passes to (B)
(B) repeats back the other way with a 1-2 pass exchange with (C), a shot, then a pass to (A).
