  • Use baselines to mark stations (A & D), and transverse lines to mark stations (B & C) and disperse evenly amongst these.
  • (A) passes to leading (B), then runs down the middle for the double play
  • (B) passes back to (A) who jumps and lands so they're balanced and facing (C)
    (B) waits until (A) is quite lateral before passing
    (B) joins the station from which they received the pass > (A)
  • (A) passes to leading (C), then runs forward to complete the 2nd double play in their turn
Once again, (A) must use landing feet effectively to retain momentum
  • (A) completes their turn by passing to (D), however remind players they DON'T join this station...
    (A) joins 2nd station they performed a 1-2 pass with > (C)
  • (D) returns back down the court in similar fashion, except the first 1-2 pass is with (C).
    (C) joins the station from which they received the pass > (D)
    (D) joins 2nd station they performed a 1-2 pass with > (B)
