  • Form 2 even teams. (6 v 6) and start on-court. Assign (GA - GS - GD - GK) for each team. Only these players are allowed in goal thirds....however they can also occupy the centre third. Choose an attacking team and ideally you'll have a stopwatch.
  • Start the stopwatch. Starting from their defensive goal circle, attacking team attempt to progress down-court and pass to a team mate inside the other goal circle.
Remember only (GA - GS - GD - GK) allowed in goal thirds, but all may occupy centre third
  • If a pass is received by (GA / GS) in the goal circle, attackers score 1 point. Play continues with the attacking team now progressing back the other way, trying to get back into the goal circle at the other end again.
Add 1 point to attackers points tally per goal circle entry and alert players of the tally.
  • If a turnover is achieved, call out the current points tally; give the ball back to the attackers in the nearest goal circle; attackers continue.
  • Attackers have 90-120 seconds to score as many points as possible. Once time is up, call out the score, swap defenders and attackers, and repeat.
Warn teams when 10 seconds remaining.
