  • Form even lines between (A & B) and give a ball to each.
  • (A) starts by feeding a crossed ball to (C)
Coach or injured player can be (C)
  • (A) makes a lead and dodge by first tracking down the wing before cutting around cone (1) to receive from (C) at the top of the goal circle
Remind players the advantage of entering the goal circle between the 45 marks gives goalers a huge advantage
  • This completes (A)'s turn, they run outside the playing area - on (B)'s side - to join (B), taking the ball with them
  • (B) mirrors what (A) did from the opposite side of the court, before joining (A).
    (B) starts the instant (A) receives the return pass
  • Advanced level progression: Have a (GS) and (GK) and require a final pass into the circle.
To keep the drill snappy, if enough numbers, have 2 x (GS & GK) and quickly rotate them after each turn
Optionally let them shoot, however this slows the pace of the drill down
If you have 1 goaler only, allow enough time between turns so they can reset
