  • Form 3 equal lines, two are attacking feeders (A) and (B), the third are shooters (C) who start off-court behind the post. Choose 1 player to be defender (D).
  • (A) has the ball, looking to pass to (C) in the goal arc, defended by (D)
  • (C) can use the post to both obscure defender (D)'s vision before executing a straight lead approximately 45 degrees to the left or right
  • (A) passes to (C) if free, or if covered, waits for (C) to cut or perform and up-and-back move before passing
  • (C) takes a shot.
If you want everyone to shoot, players join the next station in sequence (A to B / B to C / C to A)
To just use specialist shooters, (A) joins (B) and vice versa. (C) stays at same station.
  • Alternate the starting line from (A) to (B) after each turn to alter the angle of approach.
  • Rotate the defender (D) after 5 turns.
