Form a 10m square with 4 cones (use middle third of the court if available). Pairs line-up at both ends behind (1 & 2) and (3 &4 ).
On 'go!' (B) runs into the playing area to receive a pass from team mate (A)
Defenders must start in the back half of the playing area for the first pass
(A & B) progress through the playing area while defenders attempt to intercept
Defenders choose a player to mark and perform 1-on-1 defence
Attackers use deception to throw defenders
If a turnover occurs at any stage, give ball to next pair, then restart
Once both (A & B) combined have completed 2 passes, either can pass to (C or D) behind line (2)
There is no limit to the number of passes (A & B) can make
(C & D) can't move from their chosen position on the line
(C & D) repeat back the other way, again avoiding the same two defenders
After 1 minute or so, choose another pair to replace tired defenders
